What You'll Do

As a Customer Contract Manager & Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing customer contracts, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, preparing financial reports, preparing grant applications, and various administrative assistance roles. You will maintain accurate financial records and assist in budgetary forecasts, working in a hybrid environment with a significant portion of your tasks completed from our Thunder Bay office.

Who You Are

You are a detail-oriented professional with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in bookkeeping and contract management. You are legally eligible to work in Canada and can independently manage multiple financial tasks with minimal supervision. Your ability to adapt to new software and processes will be key to integrating into our dynamic team.

Minimum Requirements

  • Post-Secondary Education

  • Legal eligibility to work in Canada

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Experienced in bookkeeping and contracts management

  • Experience using accounting software

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Able to work in a hybrid model with a presence in Thunder Bay

Bonus Requirements

  • Experience with Sage Accounting Software

  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
