What you’ll do
The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting customers in finding the right fashion and footwear options. They will greet customers, listen to their needs, and offer recommendations based on their preferences and the latest industry trends. The Sales Associate will also handle transactions, including processing payments and issuing receipts. Additionally, they will help maintain the store's cleanliness and organization, including restocking shelves and arranging displays. The Sales Associate will work closely with the team to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers and contribute to the overall success of JB Evans Fashion & Footwear.

Minimum requirements:
Legally eligible to work in Canada
Reside in the Thunder Bay or surrounding area
Willing to work store schedule (Tuesday - Saturday, 9:45am - 5pm, additional hours during holiday season)
Strong Customer Service Skills
Clear Communication Skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Computer Literacy
Hardworking Individual with desire to learn
Ability to work well in a team
Bonus qualifications:
Previous experience in retail sales
Knowledge of current fashion trends
Detail-oriented and organized
Familiarity with POS systems
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
