Based in Thunder Bay, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality services across Northern Ontario. Our team is comprised of skilled professionals dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency in all our projects.

What You'll Do: As a Road Painting Crew Manager, you will lead a team of up to 4 crew members in executing road painting projects. Your responsibilities include supervising the crew, operating paint spray equipment, managing daily truck maintenance, and route planning. You will also ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control measures, adapting work schedules based on weather conditions, and optimizing routes for maximum coverage.

Who You Are: You are an experienced leader with a track record in managing small teams and operating industrial equipment. Skilled in route planning and project management, you excel in dynamic environments and are adept at adjusting plans to weather changes. Your strong communication skills enable you to lead effectively and maintain clear dialogue with your team and management. Physical fitness and the ability to handle demanding tasks are crucial.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience in managing a small team.

  • Proficiency in operating industrial equipment, including paint spray and forklifts.

  • Knowledge of route planning and project management.

  • Basic understanding of traffic control and OTM Book 7.

  • Physical ability to handle demanding tasks, including material loading and unloading (up to 50 lbs).

  • DZ Driver’s License.

  • Experience with the EZ-Liner road painter and Skip Line Striping System.

  • Previous experience in construction painting or a related field.

Bonus Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of hydraulic equipment.

  • Supervisory experience in a similar industry.
