As a Project Manager, you will oversee job sites to ensure smooth operations, manage crews, handle material logistics, and maintain high standards of customer service. You will also engage with potential customers, conduct estimates, and represent our brand professionally.
Job Site Oversight – Ensure crews have necessary materials and maintain organized work environments.
Client Satisfaction – Address concerns like missing materials, broken pavers, or uneven surfaces.
Equipment Operation – Operate dump trailers, F350 trucks, and skid steers as needed.
Problem-Solving – Identify and resolve on-site issues to keep projects on schedule.
Estimating & Sales – Conduct estimates for potential clients and explain our services.
Brand Promotion – Install yard signs and represent AffordablePatio.com in a professional manner.
Communication & Coordination – Maintain clear communication with clients, crews, and office staff.
Experience in project management (construction/landscaping preferred).
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Comfortable operating equipment and performing occasional physical labor (e.g., unloading materials).
Ability to effectively communicate with clients, crews, and management.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Competitive salary ($50K–$90K+ based on performance).
Base salary of $650 per week + 4% commission (after job completion).
Training pay: $1,000/week (commission starts after first completed job).
Company truck provided during work hours.
Paid time off and holidays.

Monday – Saturday (hours vary).
Start time: Between 6:30 AM – 8:00 AM.
End time: Between 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM, depending on job site needs.
High Communication – Provide regular job site updates, including photos.
Responsiveness – Answer texts and calls in a timely manner.
Punctuality – Be on time for estimates, job sites, and meetings.
