What You’ll Do: As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our processes meet industry-leading standards. Reporting to the Information Officer, you will lead initiatives to develop and implement quality assurance programs to support SOC2 and ISO27001 certifications. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and managing policies and procedures for compliance and certification.

  • Leading meetings, directing resources, and tracking tasks related to certification and recertification.

  • Conducting internal quality audits and driving process improvements.

  • Producing and maintaining documentation aligned with compliance standards.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives.

Who You Are: You are a self-starter with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for maintaining quality standards. You thrive in hybrid work environments and have a proven track record in leading compliance and certification initiatives. Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in implementing or managing Quality Assurance systems.

  • Certification in CISA, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent auditor/quality certification.

  • Degree or diploma in Quality Engineering, Management, or Human Resources.

  • Familiarity with SOC2 and ISO27001 standards.

  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Bonus Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience managing teams.

  • Background in human resources, aviation, or manufacturing industries.

  • Proficiency with digital tools for quality and project management.
